梅枝造酒廠創業於天明七年（1787年），屬於日本的江戶時代中期，由於擁有地下
300米的好水，秉承從稻米的栽種到釀酒的一貫手工精細操作而出名，最近獲得日
本新酒評論會的金獎，連續6年獲得福岡國稅局鑑評會的優等特獎，在被授予無數
的獎項後，今年度也在燒酌類產品獲獎。
