鹿兒島是日本其中一個主要的生產茶葉的地方，焙茶(Hojicha)，即烘焙過的日本煎茶，色澤金黃，而且帶有炒焙的香氣。由於經過較高溫的烘焙，不少茶葉中的咖啡因都已揮發，所以口感也相對圓潤。
小正釀造今次採用了焙茶來添加Gin酒的風味，不僅口感溫和，更帶出Gin酒裡獨特的風味，除了茶葉，還加上🇯🇵日本松樹作為原料，所以是相當具有日本特色的Gin酒。
